Looking to return or exchange?


I get it - sometimes your online order just doesn’t work out. All you need to get started is your order confirmation number and your last name. Your order confirmation number can be found in your order confirmation email. 

1. Head over to our new Returns Hub - and enter your order number with your last name.

2. Select the reseason for your return and your desired outcome for return (see tips below). 

3. You can then download a shipping label with Canada Post and drop your item in the mail (we will be able to track your parcel too once it is picked up by our favourite Canadian postal carrier). Return Shipping will be deducted from order total when the refund / store credit is being issued.

Fine print: 

For regular priced merchandise, Clome & Co is happy to offer a full refund for all purchases within 14 days of order date. Merchandise must be unused with all original tags and packaging intact because these pieces need to be in BRAND NEW and RESELLABLE condition. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE (sometimes we can offer product credit if we still have that piece available on our website).

All refunds are in CAD dollars and will be applied directly back onto your original method of payment. Please allow for a few days for processing.

You will be refunded in full for the original amount paid in CAD dollars, however Clome & Co has no control over the current exchange rate at any given time, therefore can not control or change the exchange rate used at the time of purchase and/or refund.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.


Out of stock items:

During busy times, some items may not be available due to multiple orders being placed within a short time frame. Occasionally some items are unavailable due to variances in our large inventory. In the event that part of your order is unavailable, we will notify you and ship all available items.
