If something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To start a return, email allison@clomeandco.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange

Once approved, you’ll receive full return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and you may use any carrier you prefer. After your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll issue your refund or store credit (minus original shipping fees).

Important Notes

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Do not ship packages back without approval. Unapproved returns cannot be accepted or refunded.

  • All international orders are final sale.

  • We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees on orders shipped to the United States or internationally.

  • All sale, promo, and discounted items are final sale.

  • Exchanges depend on product availability.

  • Refunds are issued in CAD to the original payment method unless you request store credit.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Regular-priced items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of delivery. All items must be in brand new, resellable condition with original tags and packaging attached.
